The weekly newsletter from the I am Northwest Arkansas Podcast. We cover the intersection of Business, Culture, Entrepreneurship, and Life right here in the Ozarks. We are excited to share some news with our community. I am Northwest Arkansas has teamed up with KUAF 91.3 the local NPR station here in Northwest Arkansas. Not only will our podcast be featured on their website but we are also going to serve up several segments of the podcast that will be aired on the Ozarks at Large program which runs every weekday. There is so much happening in Northwest Arkansas in February. It's Still Black History Month! ;-) In case you missed it:
We want to thank Signature Bank and The Northwest Arkansas Council for sponsoring I am Northwest Arkansas in 2023. On a lighter note: We are curious to know what you are reading these days? I just watched an amazing Netflix documentary, "The Pieces I Am," about author Toni Morrison and decided to pick up "Beloved,"and start reading it. In the documentary Oprah said she picked the book up early one morning and could not put it down. She read it in a day! Don't know if I have time to do that but this will be my reading for the next week or so. What you are reading these days? Reply back with an answer inquiring minds want to know. Shout Out! to Mike and Linda Couture for being the first to respond to last weeks question about TV Programs we should be watching. They won the tickets to the Soup Sunday event. They just finished Tulsa King and are now watching Will Trent. Next week we want to know what you are currently listening to besides The I am Northwest Arkansas podcast - ;-) We promise to share our current favorites too! Finally: That's all we have for this week. We seemed to have made it a week without any snow. Hooray! Let's hope it stays that way and eventually starts to warm up.
