Welcome to the weekly newsletter from the I am Northwest Arkansas Podcast, where we cover the intersection of Business, Culture, Entrepreneurship, and Life right here in the Ozarks. As always, we want to keep you up to date on our latest projects and successes. So, let's dive right in! First of all, we'd like to apologize for the gap in newsletters. It's been a few weeks since our last update, and a lot has happened since then. But don't worry, we're back and ready to share all the latest news with you. One of the things we've been working on is a hyper-local job board that will meet the needs of small and medium-sized businesses here in Northwest Arkansas. We know that finding good employees can be a challenge, and we want to help make the process easier for everyone involved. That's why we're excited to announce that we've partnered with Kiva.org to raise the funds we need to get ONBoardNWA.com off the ground. If you or someone you know has a business that is in need of hiring and keeping good people, we can help. ONBoardNWA.com will be part of the I am Northwest Arkansas platform and will work hard to help everyone in our community, whether you have a business to run or you need a job. Want to learn more? Visit the site above and leave your email address. We'll share more details about the job board in the coming weeks, so stay tuned! Finally, we want to hear from you! We value your feedback and want to know what you prefer to see when you receive emails from us. Do you like longer newsletters with more detailed updates, or shorter newsletters that get straight to the point? Do you prefer bullet points or subheadings?
