Hello! Welcome to the I am Northwest Arkansas Community and Podcast.

Feeling Presidential Today?

Published over 1 year ago • 3 min read

The weekly newsletter from the I am Northwest Arkansas Podcast. We cover the intersection of Business, Culture, Entrepreneurship, and Life right here in the Ozarks.

How did you spend your Presidents Day?

We spent the day watching kids and making sure the house didn't burn down. Finally had a chance to cobble together this week's newsletter. We are working on finding a cadence that makes sense and it definitely takes some time.

Those of you that have been here for a minute we appreciate you and are thankful for those that just jumped on the Bus!

As we mentioned last week we are excited to team up with KUAF 91.3 and our first interview for the podcast takes place later this week when we sit down with Kyle Kellams.

As soon as we know the air date we will share it with you. We may even do a special email notification about it.

Stay tuned...

There is so much happening in Northwest Arkansas in February.

It's Still Black History Month! ;-)

In case you missed it:

We want to thank Signature Bank and The Northwest Arkansas Council for sponsoring I am Northwest Arkansas in 2023.

Check out the latest podcast commercial we did with Gary Head from Signature Bank.

On a lighter note:

We've been wondering what are peoples Top Five activities to do here in Northwest Arkansas? Bar Hopping, Slaughter Pen, CB, Devils Den, ?!?

Shout Out! to Teresa Cornett for being the first to respond to last weeks question about books we are reading right now. Teresa is reading Mad Honey by Jodi Picoult. And, Kelly Robbins also responded by sharing that she recently read Now I Am Known, by Peter Mutabazi.

Thank you both for speaking up and sharing what's in your bookbag!

Since no one told us what they are listening to I will share that I enjoy listening to The Daily, Pivot, and The Hustle. I also enjoy an audiobook or two.

Finally:

That's all we have for this week. We are going to continue to play with the day and time of this newsletter release. Please be patient with us.

Peace & Love,
